After using SetPermissions.sh the procedure leads to an Internal Server Error instead of the message mentioned :/ I installed otrs as a rpm. Thought this should work without much manual setup.. Yes, of cause I have ;) It's a dedicated remote Webserver and I only have ssh-access, so I don't want to test my luck when I've no chance to restore the system personally when something went wrong. It shouldn't be necessary, though I'd recommend it. You do have a reason to use 7.3 and not upgrade to a more recent version, say... 9, do you?
