Email escalation notifications not working

Hi Looking through the notifications I found two that work for escalation. I want this email notifications to be sent to my agents, but I don't know how they should be triggered. I already set the escalation times on the queues, but it just doesn't send the email when the ticket escalates. Thanks and regards Mary
