After accepting the agreement nothing changes - the same license agreement page shows up (no error messages). Any suggestions? I had a previous version of otrs on this machine before (1.2), and before installing this new one I uninstalled it and removed everything form /opt/otrs, as well as the otrs database from mysql. What am I doing wrong? Pawel

Sounds like a mod_perl problem. Please check, if modPerl and the CGI package of perl are compartible. If a mod_perl version < 2.x is installed, you should IMHO use CGI.PM < 3.10. For mod_perl versions > 2.x, CGI.pm 3.10 is oK. That are the expiriences I made on debian systems and SUSE, but I never tryed it with FC.
