Procedure for upgrading OTRS from source?
Can anyone tell me how to upgrade from OTRS 1.2 to 1.3 from source? Consider it's installed in /opt/otrs on a RH9 system.
I get a lot of messages of the form

I think you can just download the latest RPM and
update it.
