New subject: Remove merged ticket from dashboard

Hi all, My name is Rangel, i am Support Manager of OTRS in my company here in Brazil. When i was using OTRS 2.4 when i merged i ticket i remember that merged ticket was removed and was not displayed anymore in dashboard. In OTRS 3 when i merge a ticket, the merged ticket stays in dashboard with the main ticket show two ocurrences. There is a way or configuration to only show the main ticket and not the merged? Freetext are containers into which you may store ancillary information about a ticket or an article. The additional information appears at the appropriate level in the ticket view, ie. TicketFreeText appears throughout the ticket view, and ArticleFreeText only appears for a particular article. Some FreeText fields are used to enable ITSM functionality.
