I raise your $.02. This would be one way to accomplish what I imagined: When the session expires the text could be saved as draft. It would be a nice touch (but not absolutely required) if OTRS could get back to the draft (or inform about it to get back to it easily) after re-login. What should not happen is to send the message right away, as technically the session expired before it was tried to send, so the send might not be authorized ;-) Looking forward to next OTRS version 8-) -- Daniel Seifert
