I have set up the Customer side to authenticate through AD which it is doing from the log: Tue Apr 4 17:53:58 2006 notice OTRS-CGI-10 CustomerUser: grant.nicholas authentification ok However the all the login page shows is Panic! No UserData!!! I have already created a user with the same name and given them admin rights any idea? Grant Nicholas
