Unable to send mail as an answer to a ticket

I configured OTRS to send mail via SMTP relay/smarthost, the autoreply function is able to send mail But when I try to send an email as an answer to a ticket it comes with the following error : Fout: Can't connect to smtp.office.firstfind.nl: Invalid argument!
