No, in ~1-2 days. :) That's fine! there is a problem with the ticketid. i can't get a ticketid in the phone view. error massage in the xconsole after piping an email: NoStateID Need TicketID ??? holger

It looks like a database problem. Strange! What is the output of: mysql -u otrs -p otrs -e "select * from ticket_state where name = 'new'" E. g. try to restart the mysqld.
