Hi, I would like to do do a mass print of all the tickets of a particular agent / customer, or month. So, I go to the Utilities menu and apply the search criteria. In OTRS 1.2 you can use the print view for the search result. If you want to pront all tickets (with body, from ... ) you need to use the API.
