
We now have our OTRS 2.0.1 running under Windows IIS6, and we are trying to figure out a way, then when we close a ticket, it lets the customer know via an auto reply. Is this possible? I haven't found anything in the docs about this.

You can setup every queue to inform the customers about chaning states of a ticket. The customer would get a notification, if the ticket is closed, but he would get also a note for every other state changing. Only send out a note, if a ticket is closed, isn't possible I think :(.
