
Hi all, There's any way to make an administrador receive all tickets created in his email? I want to have someone that does not access otrs all the time to be able to see what's going on. I'm using otrs 1.2.3. Thanks alot Thiago lima.

I think what you are looking for is: # SendmailBcc # (Send all outgoing email via bcc to... # Warning: use it only for external archive funktions) $Self->{'SendmailBcc'} = ''; Put it in your Kernel/Config.pm and insert the mail address, that should recive all outgoing mails. For incoming mails you can setup filter roules that forward this messages to another mailaddress.

Hello Christian, Thanks alot, but it didn't worked out very well. It sends me emails only when OTRS sends an email. If the user open a ticket and closes it without sendint mail, like a phone call, I don't receive anything. There's aany other way? You can send out notifications aboutmany things, but not for every thing. See the preferences for the different notification types. But I think its not possible to get informed per mail about every thing.
