Is it possible to specify multiple groups in the config file for LDAP auth purposes. So, allow authentication if a user is a member of groupA or groupB or groupC? Thanks, Tyler Hepworth

No, it's not possible. You would need to patch Kernel/System/Auth/LDAP.pm.
