
I am having issues with sending mail in and out of OTRS. I am able to send email notifications of new tickets created as well as Admin Notifications from within OTRS. However, I am not able to send updates to tickets from OTRS. I am also not able to get OTRS to pull my mail from my mail server. I have OTRS installed on an openSUSE 10.3 build using PostFix v2.4.5. I am able to email to the local otrs account on the mail server, but not able to pull the email from it with OTRS. For sending mail, under Framework::Core:::Sendmail, I have it set to SMTP as well as all of my information. If you need to see any config files, just let me know. Thank you very much in advance! Ok... so I have got inbound mail working. An email is still sent if a email ticket is created within OTRS. I am still able to send Admin notifications. However, I am not getting notifications when I "compose follow up" or when I send an email and a ticket is auto-generated. I checked my System Log and I get these errors: Tue Mar 4 17:14:33 2008 error OTRS-CGI-10 Need ID! Tue Mar 4 17:14:02 2008 notice OTRS-CGI-10 Can't find notification for Agent::NewTicket and ar_SA, try it again with en! Tue Mar 4 17:12:14 2008 notice OTRS-CGI-10 Can't find notification for Agent::OwnerUpdate and ar_SA, try it again with en! Tue Mar 4 17:05:01 2008 notice OTRS-CGI-10 Can't find notification for Agent::NewTicket and ar_SA, try it again with en!
