The address im trying to hit is http://www.somedomain.com/otrs/login.pl is this correct? if it is then it must be ports what ports do i have to open in order to make otrs work? Thanks : )

So, your say: "i have installed it on a windows machien" den you do not know how a webserver works? and then you ask us how YOUR router works? it is just http what is port 80 like /etc/services says http 80/tcp www www-http # WorldWideWeb HTTP http 80/udp www www-http # HyperText Transfer Protocol Good luck! But that should NOT make it a problem to connect locally!! Good luck Thomas mykey lynx wrote:

I believe it should be http://www.somedomain.com/otrs/index.pl or /customer.pl.
Port 80 should be the only port you need open.
