Re: [otrs] Client includes multiple queue email addresses in email; only goes to one

Not sure why David's question is running into my thread - it does not fit, unrelated. Please fix. How about I ask the question this way: If I am indeed set up this way (each mailbox is fetched independently AND each independent mailbox is set to always go to a certain queue), why didn’t the ticket get created in all of the queues to which it was sent?

> If I am indeed set up this way (each mailbox is fetched independently AND each independent mailbox is set to always go to a certain queue), why didn’t the ticket get created in all of the queues to which it was sent? Good question. 1) Did all mailboxes receive a copy? 2) Are there any indications in OTRS that the message was discarded or copied multiple times to one ticket? Otherwise, probably OTRS is preventing duplicates based upon message ID and if so, not much to do about it. Making three tickets isn't generally an optimal solution because three different people working on the same ticket is considered redundant labor. Normally, a ticket that comes in to the main Queue would notify everyone who had that Notifications Yes and the Queue highlighted in the user's My Queues.

I have finally received 5 messages in my otrs system. My HOST/USERNAME can
now fetch without an error when click fetch mail, but other messages sent
were not received.

Kelly, Your "thread" is starting with the words "Not sure why David´s question running into my thread" - so no will realy know what your question was or what you meen with "David´s question", when she/he is reading it in a few months without the context ot the last posts. Also David did answer a Question and not asking for anything... You absolutley don´t know how to answer or continue your own threads, please fix THIS before. regards, Fritz
