Hello, today we upgraded from our previous 1.0.1 version to 1.1.0 RC1. We followed the UPGRADING text file exactly, backed everything up. After the successful upgrading we copied back our Config.pm and /Config/*.pm and /var/* (the files we should backup before) to the new RC1 release. When we´re trying to access our OTRS now, the first one or two times this error occured: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxxxxx.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache/1.3.19 Server at otrs.xxxxxxxx.de Port 80 After reloading a few times, we could log into OTRS, but the following error-page occured: Fehler: Action '' not found! Kommentar:Perhaps the admin forgot to load "Kernel::Modules::"! Fehler berichten: Traceback: Any ideas? Greetings, Andrew

Kernel/Config/*.pm -=> That's the problem. It's right to backup it but don't use Kernel/Config/*.pm for upgrade. -=> Use the Kernel/Config/*.pm 1.1.0 RC1 files and it will work.
