That's correct. If an agent clicks on 'close', then the ticket is locked for this agent (not shown for other agents). This is correct because no other agent should work on it. But if this agent don't want to work on it (after clicking on 'close') the the agent need to click on "(Ticket unlock!)" on the top of the page to unlock it (and should not use the back button).
