Next ticket state based on Queue?

Is is possible to set a "next ticket state" based on the queue the ticket is in? Hello Ralf, you could use ACLs to restrict the possible values based on different factors, but that’s probably not what you want. Just setting another default value would not work out of the box AFAICT.
