Hello I have a problem with the passwords. Sometimes the passwords of all users change automatically. I don't know why. When we request for a new password, all work fine, but after some days we can't log in! Do you know something about this problem?? greetings thomas

No! It would be nice if you can find out more about this. (all user (incl. root@localhost), is the period always the same, ...)

Hi Martin, here more about the problem. Before the passwords change, there is a problem with apache. From error.log: ##################################################################### [Wed Nov 20 16:35:10 2002] [error] Can't locate Apache/Registry/handler.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8.0 /usr/share/perl/5.8.0 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /etc/apache/ /etc/apache/lib/perl) at (eval 248) line 3, <TEMPLATEIN> line 9508. [Wed Nov 20 16:35:10 2002] [error] Undefined subroutine &Apache::Registry::handler::handler called, <TEMPLATEIN> line 9508. ###################################################################### Then otrs doesn't functionate. After restart apache the passwords changed, and for some days we haven't any problems. The period is not always the same. Hope you can help me, because my users are irritated. greetings thomas

This looks like an apache/mod_perl problem! .-/ Apache/Registry/handler.pm is a apache/mod_perl module. What apache and mod_perl do you use?
Then otrs doesn't functionate. After restart apache the passwords changed, and for some days we haven't any problems. The period is not always the same.
Is the password changed from each user?
