Hello Is it possible to run the auto complete in To: field for more than one email address? It means, if i start writing a client email, i get the autocomplete, but if I put a second one, separated by comma or ; , it does not recognize the second email. Is this possible? OTRS wants every adress in a new line. Therefore it automatically adds a new to field, if you entered an adress in the first one. Every new field also supports the auto completion. At least with OTRS 3.1. But the use of a seperator for multiple addresses is AFAIK not implemented, I'm sorry. Alexander OtterHub e.V.
