To all, I have OTRS 3.3 installed from TurnkeyLinux and am looking to turn on "Overview" to view indepth area such as "Role(s)" in the Admin Section - I searched the online HTML Manual but came up wanting. Any hints? Rick Brooks IT Coordinator National Exemption Service
