How to change Ticket Queue when you are not the owner of the ticket?

Hi All Is there a way to change a ticket queue even though you are not an owner of the ticket? Thank you Kind regards Adinda Sima

I believe it would have to happen like this: assuming you have read, move, and owner permissions for the queue and the owner is not available to execute the move, you would need to change owner to yourself and then execute the move to the new queue.
