
Hello, When I replay to an email I have my answer always at the and of the original message. Do you know what I have to modify in the configuration in order to have my answer before the original message? Thanks. Alina.

Hi Christian, Thank you for your answer. It works now. I would like to know what I have to modify (again) to be able to choose a modele response when I make a new ticket. Models for new email or phone tickets are not supported yet :(. Only templates for replies are configurable.
