
A colleague wonders why they can't include an attachment with a Note. And I wonder why I can't send email from a Note. On occasions, I have felt I would like to email the customer as I was looking at a Note, and would have liked to include some of the text in the note as context. Jim

If you want to contact the customer use the "Compose Answer (email)" section. This sends an email to the customer (attachment is possible). A ticket note should not be used to communicate with the customer. A ticket note is just a note.
