No customer article found!!

When I open a queue is spent me following mistake:
Error: No customer article found!! (TicketID=1)
Comment: Please contact your admin
Handle: /opt/OpenTRS/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl

Is it possible, that you updated your OpenTRS but not the database? If yes, try the db update script: host:~ # cat /opt/OpenTRS/scripts/DBUpdate.mysql.sql | mysql -f -u root -p otrs' If not, tell me more about your installation (OpenTRS release, ...). PS: You have to be subscribed to otrs@otrs.org for postings on it (http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs).
