Hi All I need some help, this morning I just notice the OTRS was not responding, so I restarted the server, and found that I had /var partition full, so I deleted some emails on mqueue and deleted some log files then restarted the server, OTRS came back, however All users could log in except me, I can login with admin. Can I have some help to fix this? When I login with my user ID I get the following error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
