When i run apache i get the following error: Syntax error on line 10 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs.conf: Invalid command 'Perlrequire', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration The FAQ said that I should look in yast for http server but there isn't a option called http server in my yast.

This message usually means that modperl is not being loaded by Apache. Which version of SuSE are you using, the http server option only came available in v9, the option did not exist in v8 (at least on my machines). This becomes available when the Network Services group is selected within YaST. An alternative is to use the "/etc/sysconfig Editor" option in the SuSE system group and look for Network-->WWW (what you will find there will depend on configuration and version of Apache installed). With 9.2 there will be an Apache2 section and perl should be in the list of module listed in the Apache2->APACHE_MODULES section. Multiple upgrades between versions on the same box can also lead to some anomalies which may mean some options become unavailable or unusable. BTW If Apache (or anything else for that matter) is not originally installed or configured with YaST under SuSE it is extremely unwise to use YaST to modify (or occasionally even view) the configuration information at a later date.
