hide special support email addresses in customer.pl

It's currently (OTRS 1.1) not possible to get the To: selection field based on customers. Jsut for the whole system. See Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm -> CustomerPanelSelectionType and CustomerPanelSelectionString. It's on the todo list for OTRS 1.2 to be able to get a customer based To: selection.
