With this I understand there aren't running the otrs cron is that rigth ? How can I restart the cron jobs ??

If you did a manual installation of OTRS you have to put in the cron jobs yourself. There's a script to do it for you, check http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/x354.html#cronjobs - scroll down to section 3.2.5. -- Lars
