I am using a product called iTools with OS X 10.4. Has anyone been able to get OTRS v2 to work on this or just on OS X 10.4? Would you be willing to give any additional info for doing this? Thanks Bennie
I can tell you that OTRS works with an OOB installation of 10.4 with the
exception of some perl modules (and their dependencies). You will need to
install developer tools along with Fink for the smoothest install
experience. As far as using itools, I don't know because I prefer editing
text files still :P
Interesting shortcut software however. I think webmin is better (and free).
