Hello I was just wondering if there is a simple way of browsing the closed tickets?? Do they get moved to some special queue? It would be handy if there was a queue which just had closed ticked so you could easily find them. The only way I found was to search for them. By the way this is an excellent piece of software, keep up the good work. Markus Linden

No, not implimented yet. And very hard to do anyway. Imagine that the aim of the system is to handle a couple of thousend tickets a day. It is impossible to put them all in one queue. Of course it is possible but does not make any sense. So the searching mechanism is the only way to find them right now. But anyway in case you have a good idea how to solve this send us an e-mail.
