Hi We changed all the tables to InnoDB to avoid locking issues, and there was no problem with that. It did not give us any big performance gain though. We're still using v 1.2.2, but I don't think the DB layout has changed a whole lot. Best regards Are Hoel Systems Administrator Telio AS - www.telio.no

Hello - can anyone tell me if I can, and also should, use the InnoDB tables with OTRS? If I convert all the tables to this type, will it break?
Kind Regards, Rick Cogley Tokyo
