Hello, i have a small problem. I have queues separated for products being supported. As german company we want write german answers to our german customers, and english answers to our international customers. But there is no way to switch salutations within a queue, or haven't I found it ?? Has someone an idea to manage this, without 2 languauge text in the salutation. Thanks Christoph

I can only second that. Would it be possible to move the selection of the salutation to the responses instead of having them assigned to the queues? We at International University Bremen suffer exactly the same problem, we have lots of germans and _lots_ of non-german students, which of course speak english. It is a little annoying to change the salutation in ~50% of the answers... Stefan -- Stefan Schmidt Email: jsj@jsj.dyndns.org jsj@exsuse.de Bremen jsj-hb@t-online.de s.schmidt@iu-bremen.de

We have two queues for this.. one for english one for german mails. ( since we have a de and a com domain we have different adresses for the queues but even if they send to the wrong queue it's not to much work to change the queue... otherwise you would need some sort of mail filter where you can score mails if they contain often used english or german words. then you could insert an custom header into which queue the mail should get delivered
