RE: [otrs] Address book for forwarding

I think I can see how this would work for the compose answer reply form but the forward article form doesn't include any address book facilities. Thus I would need to use the compose answer reply form to send requests to my external support desks. Is this what you are suggesting?

Nigel

Any plans for an address book for forwarding? I would like to define a set of e-mail addresses per queue. Some addresses will span a number of queues.
Define another CustomerUser data source and set this to an addressbook, preferably LDAP. Maintain aliases there. hth, Robert Kehl -- Das einzige Tier bei uns zu Hause bin ich. It's quite easy to implement the address book there, too.

Address book and spell checker is added in OTRS 1.3 beta 5. Thanks for the idea.
