
Hey Nick, I agree with William. Get to major release 6 first. We use for this purpose the OTRS dashboard and made some customized statistics and automatic dashboard generation every minute. Since we don't want to bother with logins, we use the BasicAuth module of OTRS and do certificate client authentication at the Apache2 server. Similar to how one might use a PBX wallboard to show call queue status, we'd like to show ticket queue status.
