We have recently installed otrs. We are having difficulty in tracing the closed tickets. Please help me Warm regards, Manish Sharma Programme Manager PTU's Gian Jyoti School of TQM & Entrepreneurship Mobile: +91 98554 06222 Telephone: 0172 223 6187, 0172 5541187

We have recently installed otrs. We are having difficulty in tracing the closed tickets. Please help me When a ticket is closed, it is not easily visible in the 'front view' (as it should be, btw).
You can browse your 'archives' using the Search function. Besides that I would really like an option to view queue archives in a nice one-row-per-ticket table (as with other Ticket systems like Cerberus). -- kind regards, Pim Rupert Lemonbit Internet

Pim: Have you considered altering the .dtl file for "AgentTicketSearch.dtl" to the output you desire, then doing a search and bookmarking the search? For example, I have a saved search for "ME or No One" that does a search for all tickets either owned by me (and open) or not owned yet. Then I bookmarked it, and clicking the bookmark always returns me to that view. I have other saved searches bookmarked such as "All open" "My closed" and "My entire history" Pim Rupert (Lemonbit) wrote:

If the workaround with a search-template doesn't work out for you, we would love to develop such a feature for you! Just contact us at sales@otrs.com with an closer description of your needs and we'll get back to you with an estimate of costs. :-)
