
Guys I just installed otrs and when I was testing the email thread stuff I encountered a weird problem. 1. Customer sends request to otrs email box. 2. Otrs fetches it and puts it in raw queue. 3. Customer gets auto reply 4. Zooming the ticket now shows a 2 part email-thread. 5. Agent responds through otrs to ticket. 6. Zoom now shows a 3 part thread - so far so good. 7. Customer replies again - the reply never makes it. It's nowhere to be found. It's not in the raw queue or anywhere else. It simply vanishes it seems. Checking the otrs email box shows that it must have been fetchen cuz the box is empty. However where did it go ? In other words : it seems that after only 3 emails in a thread all subsequent replies go to /dev/null. Anyone seen this ? BTW. any idea why the timestamps on all history (FAQ's and tickets) are incorrect ? As soon as you touch a faq article it'll show the current time for the whole history of that article. F.e. if I created an article yesterday but update it today it'll say I created it today etc.. I use otrs 1.3.1 on gentoo. Help
