Limit customer email notification

Hey guys, Is it possible to limit status notifications to customers so that only state changes to "closed" gets sent out? Thanks!

In OTRS 2.4 you can create a event based notification where the customer only gets an status notification on closing a ticket. If it get's closed more the once, it gets always sent out a notification. For more about OTRS 2.4 see also: http://otrs.org/2.4/features/ -Martin
