The most important one: We have changed several options and as the names for it have been changed our config file needs updating so that these work again. I couldn´t find information for that. Where can I get a list of options that have been renamed?

I think such a list isn't available.

=( I´ve posted a bug request. Think this should really be documented as some settings now just don´t work anymore.

All config options are documented in Appendix B, so just look through them to see what you need to change to get the behavior you want. Most people here are running OTRS 2 I believe, so if you can't find some things I think we might be able to help you.

Hmm, this is strange... As I first wrote that mail, the customer was able to set the state of a newly created ticket (not wanted). Now, it is not possible anymore although I cannot remember to have changed something... Whatever. The old config option from 1.2.3 was $Self->{'CustomerPanelNextComposeState'} = 0; I couldn´t find this in Appendix B and want to update it to the new format. Could you help me with the following options? - CustomerPanelNextComposeState - CustomerPanelOwnSelection - PostMasterPOP3MaxEmailSize (I searched for postmaster, pop3 and email but could not find any option this could have been renamed to) - CustomerUser Lars
