Hello again! We are using OTRS 2.0.1. I configured OTRS 2.0.1 exactly the same with OTRS 1.3.2 (one which we used and it worked well). Incoming mail works fine. However in sending, the OTRS' System Log tells it sent email to the client, BUT our client do not receive any mails from the OTRS. Thanks for help. Regards, Len
