The OTRS machine sent me another error message, this time it didn't contain
hundreds of lines like in a previous report of mine. This error contained
one line... How can I solve this one?
Thank you for all your help.

This isn't an error! Just a perl warning notice. However, I added an ckeck to the Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm and you never should get this perl notice.

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm line 166.
This isn't an error! Just a perl warning notice.

I'm getting this mail every four minutes now, what can I change to make this warning stop? -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.wesplate.com http://www.automaticduck.com Read review of Automatic Composition Import FCP at LAFCPUG... http://www.lafcpug.org/review_automatic_duck.html

Update Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm to 1.10.2.1 from CVS ( http://otrs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm) and it will work.
