Hi Daniele, I'd be very much interested in seeing the results, as i'm trying to implement something like this. I'm kind of "challenged" when it comes to coding, though, so it's a long, hard, trial'n'error road for me. ;-) Thanks. -- /Sune -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Daniele Sent: 4. marts 2008 15:23 To: User questions and discussions about OTRS.org Subject: Re: [otrs] number of Yes, sure, this is what I will do. Hi Daniele,
On the basis of your suggestion I am developing a way to provide customers with a per queue custom form. I am developing a php set of forms using javascript to fit my customers needs. As soon as I finish I'll post my addition here in order to let you enjoy what I am doing with your support. (especially the great suggestion I received from Sune T. Tougaard and the availability that Shawn Beasley offered me)
What I need now is a working information. Am I limited in the number of CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText I can use? Yes How many Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText am I allowed to use? In the current version of otrs there are 16 available. May I plan to use 48 different Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText? Hmm.
Daniele, do you really need FreeTextFields for all those different pieces of info? You could also put some data in the mail body maybe.

I am developing it. More or less I made all that is needed. In a couple of days I'll finish it. Now I have to start the looooooong looooooong process in which every "agent" (OTRS meaning) says what really need, than our manager decides what is correct and what is not, then my php code will be changed according to all of these issues. Now I cut my work where it is (you, for sure, don't need my data structure, but the sustaining idea) I clean it, I translate it in English (I am Italian) and next week I'll post a working copy. It is always a pleasure find people available to share their knowledge and share what I create by myself for my own need. Ciao. Daniele Sune T. Tougaard ha scritto:

I am developing it. I believe I reached a good point. Now all is coded. What is still missing is: -> still some text in Italian -> the number and type of fields you may want to add to each form, alias, to each OTRS queue.
In my honest opinion whoever likes playing with php is able to read, understand and change what I wrote, on the basis of his own needs. So I post my pages. I post it now and not later because I am going to add to the code some software specific rows giving me the opportunity to include this package into a bigger opensource project code: Moodle. In order to use my code, move the attached folder to a php web space and visit the OTRS_mail.php page. My work is done by ONLY ONE PAGE: OTRS_mail.php All the other files are support files to the main one: OTRS_mail.php If you find problems or need support or have something to improve it, don't hesitate to send your message in the forum. Ciao. Daniele
