Hi Voting system is not available in Public Interface (no config setting will turn it on) To vote is necessary a User ID (Agent or Customer) so the user can only vote once by FAQ article revision. Is it possible to show the voting system on the public part of otrs without the need of logging in ? We have added key : public and public (public) to FAQ::Item::Voting::Show but notting shows up on the page. We are using otrs 3.0.5 and faq 2.0.2
