
After upgrading to v6, I can’t seem to find where to set things so that the ticket panels in the dashboard display the tickets in ascending order of Age. I can sort by clicking on the column header but that doesn’t stick. You can configure the initial attribute to sort and the order with the proper values of the Attributes parameter for each single dashboard widget: - Roy
