Hi! I still have the problem with all my incoming mail tickets being owned by the user with id = 1. So, I tried to make a generic agent job that changes the owner. Now, my problem is that nothing happens?? The agent says " 3 Tickets affected! You really want to use this job?", so I would expect that at least 3 tickets should be affected. But none are.. Please help me out here: What can be the reason for the generic agent not doing anything? I run it by clicking run now, so it is not a time setting.
