Error fetching mail from Exchange Server
I am getting the following error when fetching mail from our exchange server: Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.12.3 OS: linux Time: Sun Sep 18 16:39:52 2011 Message: POP3: Can't connect to 192.168.1.13 Traceback (26209): Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::POP3::Fetch (v1.8) Line: 128 Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::MailAccountFetch (v1.16) Line: 386 Module: Kernel::Modules::AdminMailAccount::Run (v1.23) Line: 63 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.58.2.1) Line: 853 Module: ModPerl::ROOT::ModPerl::Registry::opt_otrs_bin_cgi_2dbin_index_2epl::handler (unknown version) Line: 46 Module: (eval) (v1.89.2.1) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::run (v1.89.2.1) Line: 204 Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::default_handler (v1.89.2.1) Line: 170 Module: ModPerl::Registry::handler (v1.99) Line: 31 The Exchange server is configured for POP3 Access and the mail account is active.
