
Since I have upgraded OTRS to version 1.2.2, I have noticed that when I send a reply email back to our customers by using the "Empty Answer" option it takes a few weeks before the message gets delivered to the customer. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? Thanks. Regards, Thau.

No, sorry. Have you had a look at the SMTP server? I guess there must be something wrong there.
