Hello, I can't seem to find any documentation about upgrading otrs from 2.2.2 to 2.2.4. Are there things to pay special atention to? Or can I just make a backup and run the 2.2.4 installer? Peter

Oh sorry, yes, I am using OTRS version 2.2.2 and ITSM 1.0.4 on a
Windows Server 2003 server with Apache webserver and Mysql database.
So I can use an installer for installing OTRS.

In that case I can't help you. I have no experience with OTRS on Windows. Maybe a Windows user can comment on how to upgrade OTRS on Windows? Nils Breunese.
