Hello, I have a question about what changes the text color of the tickets. I understand there are time settings to change the color of the queue, but what file or settings determine what changes the colors of actual tickets. I thought at first it was based on time, but I see tickets that change color even if they were closed within minutes. Any help would be appreciated. Scott

The ticket colors based on the priority of the ticket. OTRS 1.2: Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/Header.dtl [...] # priority id color .PriorityID-1 { background-color:#eeeeee;font-size:12px;font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } .PriorityID-2 { background-color:#eeeeee;font-size:12px;font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } .PriorityID-3 { background-color:#eeeeee;font-size:12px;font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } .PriorityID-4 { background-color:#ffcccc;font-size:12px;font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } .PriorityID-5 { background-color:#ffaaaa;font-size:12px;font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } [...]
